United DC Aluminyum established in 2023 to produce with our expert staff and modern production line by combining modern technology and expertise in order to become a global player in the aluminum industry. Our production facility is located on a large land of 20,673.00 m2 in Izmit/ Turkey. Our production facility, designed using modern equipment and advanced technology. Our first step is melting Alu- inots in furnaces melting with North American Regenerative Burners, the homogeneous liquid aluminum obtained by using EMS (Electo Magnetic Stirrer ABB ) is refined with the Novelis-Alpure degasser in the metal transfer system. The refined liquid metal is turned into billets by the Wagsstaff casting machine.

Our independent laboratory unit, works with advanced facility and strict quality control processes, we make it a principle to provide a wide range of high quality products and perfect service for our customers.
